We'll reply with where to send the item. Please don't mail anything before you hear from us.

Unworn, with tags
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
Need a different size?
Email us and we'll help you swap it, as long as the size is in stock.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable method.
Damaged or incorrect item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
When will I see my refund?
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Not eligible for return
Items marked Final Sale, items worn, washed or damaged after delivery, and items without original tags.
